Tuition centres teach school subjects by grade: mathematics and science for grades 9 to 10, foundation classes for grades 1 to 5, English, and board-year physics or chemistry for grades 11 and 12. One record per student

Monthly fees, recorded properly
Record each payment as cash or UPI/QR and issue a numbered receipt for it. Parents get a proper receipt every time, your records follow a clear sequence, and the student’s ledger shows exactly what is paid and what is pending.
