Record each instalment as cash or UPI/QR and Instione issues a numbered receipt for that payment. Receipts follow a strict sequence, the student’s ledger always reconciles, and refunds or credit notes are recorded properly instead of being scribbled in a register. There is no online payment gateway, so money still moves the way your parents are used to; you simply keep an honest record of it.
