Is Instione free?
Yes. Instione is free during early access, with every current module and unlimited students. Any paid plan will be announced at least 60 days in advance, and early institutes will be offered founding-member pricing.
Who is Instione for?
Training institutes of every kind — coaching centres, computer-training institutes, skill and vocational training, language schools, tuition centres and colleges. It works for a small team with one branch and grows with you as you add branches, staff and students.
Is my institute's data safe?
Each staff member only sees what their role allows, every branch's records are kept separate, and all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS. Your data stays yours — you can export it at any time.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Instione runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. There is nothing to install and nothing to update — new improvements simply appear.
Can I import my data from Excel?
Yes. You can bring in your course list, fee plans and enquiries from a spreadsheet saved as CSV. Download the template, fill it in, and Instione checks every row and shows any problems before anything is saved.
What if we have more than one branch?
Add every branch under one institute and switch between them in a click. Staff only get access to the branches they work in, and each branch keeps its own students, batches and fees.
How do fees and receipts work?
Record cash and UPI/QR payments against each student, and Instione issues a receipt for every payment with sequential receipt numbers. It does not take online payments — money reaches you exactly as it does today.
How long does it take to get started?
