Student and staff records in one place

Most institutes start with paper registers and a few spreadsheets. The same student appears in the admission form, the fee book and the batch list, and the phone number is different in each. Instione fixes that by keeping one record per person.

One person, many roles

Every student, instructor and staff member is a single person record. Contact details such as name, phone and email are stored once. If a student later joins your staff, or an instructor also takes a course, you add a second profile to the same person instead of creating a duplicate. Change a phone number once and it is correct on every screen.

Profiles that hold only what matters

A student profile carries student details. An instructor profile carries instructor details. Staff have their own. This keeps each form short and relevant, and it means a front-desk user registering a new student never sees fields meant for payroll or teaching.

Find people fast

Search the student directory by name, code or status. Filter by who is currently active. Because everything hangs off the same record, opening a student also gives you their enrolments and their fee position without hunting through other books.

Documents and a clean start

Attach ID proof, photos and other documents to a person’s record so the paper copies can finally go in a cupboard. If you already have records in spreadsheets, use the CSV import: download the template, fill it in, preview the result, and fix any rows flagged in the error report before anything is saved.

How it fits with the rest
