Email templates that fill in the details

Good communication makes an institute look organised, but writing the same message again and again wastes time. Instione sends email on your behalf using templates you control, and keeps a record of what was sent.

Templates in your own words

An email template is a message you write once. You can edit the wording so it sounds like your institute rather than a generic system. The same template can then be used for any student.

Merge fields fill in the details

Inside a template you can place merge fields, such as the student’s name. When the email is sent, each field is replaced with that person’s real details. Every student receives a message that reads as if it was written just for them, without anyone typing it out.

An automatic welcome on enrolment

When you enrol a student into a batch, Instione sends a welcome email automatically. There is nothing extra for the front desk to remember, and every new student starts with the same clear, friendly message from you.

A log that prevents duplicates

Every email is recorded in a delivery log. If the same message is triggered twice, the log stops a second copy from going out. When a student says they never received something, you have a record to check instead of guessing.

Coming next

Some things are not available yet, and we would rather say so plainly. Automatic fee reminders and emailed receipts are coming next, followed later by SMS and WhatsApp messages. Until then, payments are still recorded with numbered receipts in fees and receipts, and your team follows up on dues from the dues list.
